1 – General Sale Conditions

Conditions of sales of holidays and stays are fixed by the French laws N°92645 (13/07/1992) and N° 94 490 (15/06/2004).

As stipulated by the law, Articles 95 to 103 are a part of the conditions and can be sent on request from the reservation department INTRAWEST LODGING France.

2 – Particular Sale Conditions

• Reservation :

• Bookings are made through the Intrawest Lodging France booking Department exclusively. ITW Lodging France also manages the booking requests made through the www.intrawest-resorts-europe.com web site. The only acknowledged documents and notably the invoices and confirmations of booking are the documents issued by and printed by Itw Lodging France.

• ITW Lodging France is also acting under the brand of RADISSON SAS RESORT ARC 1950 for the properties “Auberge Jérôme”, “Sources de Marie”, “Manoir Savoie”, and Chalet des Lys” and is thus entitled to apply its Particular Sale Conditions.

• All the bookings require a deposit representing 25% of the value of the total stay, including optional extra services such as meals, lift passes, parking places or any service included or not in a package.

• Without a deposit, bookings cannot be registered.

• Deposit can be paid by credit card, which requires the number of the credit card, its date of expiry, the last 3 digits printed in the back of the credit card.

Deposits made by credit card payment must be made within 3 days after the option has been made. Without payment within 3 days, the option is automatically cancelled.

French cheques only are accepted, to be received by ITW Lodging France within 3 days maximum after the option has been made.

Bank transfers are accepted (bank details on request) : a bank order must be sent within 3 days. The cost of the bank transfer is paid by the client.

• The balance payment must be paid 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days and arrival day, normal cancellation conditions will be applicable, even if the balance payment has not been made 30 days before arrival.

• 100% of the stay must be made for the bookings made less than 30 days before arrival day. In the event of payment by credit card , the balance would be automatically charge on this 30 days before the beginning of stay.

• All request made at the booking (view, floor, private fire place, apartment close to another, etc…) cannot be garanteed.

• Cancellation fees :

• All cancellations must be mad by e mail or by mail, the date of receipt of which determines the date of cancellation.

• Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival : refund of the deposit is made with a deduction of 30 € to cover file expenses.

• Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days : 25% of the total stay is due

• Cancellation between 14 days and 8 days : 50% of the total stay is due

• Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days : 75 % of the total stay is due

• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or no show : 100 % of the stay is due

• Modification :

Changes in the accommodation or in the dates of stay can be done according to availabilities. Should the amount of the stay after the change be lower than the initial booking, 20 € will be kept to cover the file expenses.

• Interruption of stay :

In case of departure for any reason before the end of the stay initially book, no refund will be made.

• Arrival, departure, deposit :

The apartments are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the keys are expected to be given back at 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

A deposit of 500 € par apartment will be asked on arrival, and will be given back one week after departure, after the extra expenses and possible penalties for the damages made during the stay. A visit of the apartment can be made with a member of staff before departure.

Deposit can be made in €, USD, CAND and £, and by credit cards (Amex, Visa, Diners, Master Card).

• The local Tourist Tax is not included in our prices. It is to be paid on departure.

Tourist tax is 1,5 € per night per adult, free of charge for children under 12 for winter 2007/2008.

• ITW Lodging France does not provide for food and beverage but can transmit the reservation of meals by the client to the restaurant located in the residence. ITW Lodging France is by no mean responsible for the service provided by the restaurant.

Pre paid meals remain under the same cancellation or modification conditions as for the stays.
