« Here’s an example of how a seminar would run in January 2008 at the Radisson SAS Arc 1950. »

On arrival, we look after the participants from the minute they get off the bus.  They are taken to reception where they are given their room keys at a desk reserved for them. Meanwhile, their luggage is taken to their rooms.

1st day

• Dinner together (up to 250 people) in the large Savoie room
• Night, breakfast in the Radisson « 1950 » restaurant
• Plenary Session in the Savoie room in the morning, sub-committee sessions in the « Mont Tremblant » and « Vanoise » rooms, 30 metres away, and in the 10 apartments laid out as a sub-committee room (30M2, in a U-shape). Break taken in the rooms.
• « Dine-around » lunch in the 4 restaurants in the surrounding Radisson buildings (2 minutes on foot).
• After lunch, « team building » organised in the resort by Caméleon (www.cameleon-organisation.com ) a specialist in seminar activities (leisure, sports, games, team building, and evening activities)
• Break, back to work in plenary session
• Evening free

2nd day

• The same format, plus a gala evening in the mountain restaurant «Le Chalet de l’Arc », ride down on a toboggan, disco evening in the resort

3rd day

• The same format
• Afternoon, skiing with instructors (including beginners) or snow shoeing
• « Tepee » evening (Caméleon)

4th day

• Plenary session, closure (possibly outdoors weather permitting).
• Lunch together
• Departure (luggage taken directly to the bus)
